EDI Genieは、Workato EDI（Orderful搭載）向けのAIエージェントで、EDIトランザクションとワークフロー全体にわたるエンドツーエンドの可視性とインサイトを提供します。トランザクションデータの自然言語クエリを可能にし、コンプライアンスレポートの自動化、取引パートナーのパフォーマンス監視、問題解決の迅速化を実現することで、監査とトラブルシューティングにかかる時間を短縮し、EDI運用を円滑に維持します。
主なユースケース
Diagnose failed and stuck transactions. Ask about a failed 850 or a stuck poller in plain language and get status, failure reason, and root cause correlated across Orderful and your integration logs — no console digging.
Monitor trading-partner health. Track partner-level volume, success rates, latency, and error trends, and score partner health against baselines to catch a degrading partner before it breaches SLA.
Get proactive anomaly alerts. Watches for failure spikes, volume drops, and partner inactivity and pushes alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams or a customer UI — shifting EDI operations from reactive firefighting to getting ahead of issues.
