This consolidated financial footprint is then passed to a backend Workato Genie, which executes a targeted Risk Assessment score for each invoice. Instead of relying on manual account reviews, the system proactively routes high-risk or anomalous invoices directly to the internal Collection and Recovery Team. Through event-triggered email alerts, recovery agents are immediately armed with the necessary context to take swift action.
